Honky-tonkin’: The Lonesome Rose celebrated its first anniversary on the St. Mary’s Strip in November. Not only did the club provide a home base on the strip for real-deal country singers like co-owner Garrett T. Capps and Austin’s Kathryn Legendre, it also showcased idiosyncratic touring acts such as Bill Callahan and William Tyler.
